FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What exactly does The Wellness Agency do?
My core work is marketing strategy. I help businesses get clear on what to say, to whom and where, and I work closely with your marketing team or leadership so the plan actually comes to life.
Alongside strategy I also handle the hands-on side: social media management, visibility in Google and AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and others) and website builds. You can choose a complete solution or just the part you need right now.
Who are your services for?
I specialise in marketing for high-trust businesses. Google calls these YMYL industries (Your Money or Your Life): topics where inaccurate information can affect a person’s health, safety or financial wellbeing. Think clinics and healthcare professionals, aesthetic medicine, wellness and beauty brands, as well as financial and legal services.
In these fields people, search engines and AI systems all judge especially strictly whether information is expert, trustworthy and verifiable. That is exactly where my strength lies.
If your business is in another field, feel free to get in touch. The principles of trust-building marketing work elsewhere too, and I can help you in other industries as well.
Do you do everything yourself?
The Wellness Agency is genuinely a one-person company. Strategy, communication and project leadership are in my hands, and you always deal with me directly.
For more specialised work I rely on a trusted network of photographers, an SEO specialist and a Meta ads specialist I have worked with for years. You get the skills of a full team with a single point of contact.
I am also happy to work alongside the people you already have, such as your designer, web developer or marketing team.
Can I see previous work and clients?
This is an interesting topic, and honestly one I have thought about a lot myself. I understand that past work and client names build trust.
At the same time, I work with high-trust businesses and the Estonian market is small. That is why I treat my clients’ results, successes and challenges with discretion, and I value their trust very highly.
You can see some of my clients’ logos on the homepage. When we meet, I am happy to talk in more detail about how I have handled similar challenges.
Do you work with clinics outside Estonia?
Yes, gladly. I have worked with clients in Monaco, Switzerland and the USA, although international work is not my main focus.
In healthcare marketing it is essential to understand local specifics: regulation, culture and patient expectations. That is why I have run international projects in close partnership with the company’s own marketing leads, mentoring them and shaping the strategy together.
